Good for Golfers, Tho I'm Not. My husband chose this hotel, and indeed it was a rather masculine room, decorated in green with dark wood furniture. I prefer something more frilly, but we had a nice stay here. We had a great time swimming in their pretty outdoor pool, and we talked and took pictures by the lake outside the hotel. The BBQ restaurant next to the hotel is one I would avoid due to inferior food and service. We were able to get tickets for our St. Augustine trolley tour right from the hotel, and they also provided us with other information and benefits. The continental breakfast was average, and our suite was a bargain at $90 a night rather than the maximum $180.
