Thank God I was able to find and read these comments because me and my friends was going there tonight to watch the fight but not anymore because if a fat rude manager disrespected me I would then be in a fight

Dear Owner: Just FYI, your staff thinks its funny to tell customers, we dont have that, a waitress more interested in her dog and boyfriend, and a manager that reeked of alcohol....you need to take a serious look at your establishment before you lose it. It was filthy, fries cooked in the same nasty grease as fish, I could go on, however I think the news or a health inspector might do a better job. I hope you really read these comments

all these people are going for service and cleanliness. Its about the wings and that's it. No where else on the planet has this many flavor wings nor the size that you get here. And 25 cent/ wing happy hour give me a break this place is great.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!. Let me start by saying that the entire service from start to finish was awful. We waited a total of two hours for Lauren to get the food out, but one person in the group didn't receive their chicken sandwich until 20 mins before leaving. The waitress Lauren was the worst. She didn't update us on the wait time for the chicken sandwich, but when management tried to do right by taking it off the ticket. Lauren messed it up by taking 30 mins to give us a check then we finally hand her the money and she goes to take other tables orders. So we had to wait there and watch her eat up more of our time when she knew we were upset. I became clear that it wasn't just the food not being ready because of the kitchen it was our waitress. I had to go find a manager to go get her to ring us out. Then they overcharged my card by $7. Sense I don't live near the beaches its a big deal. I called the next day the manager that I spoke to seemed willing to help, and said she would call back with an update to fix the issue. No call back after two hours. I call again the guy says he'll take a message, that she's busy. I'm sorry but I will never go to Bukket's they don't care about the customer at all even when they try to fix it there slack off attitude comes out. FAIR WARNING!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!!

Save your time and money. Terrible service, slow, dirty, and food sucked. How by lunch time on a Saturday are youout of beer and most food items on the menu. The staff doesn't care and management isn't any better. Go down the walk to the penthouse where the food is amazing and staff is fantastic.

Poor Customer Service. I was there on Sunday with friends. We had ordered food to go from Jamrocks next door, but wanted to listen to the band and have a couple of drinks. We checked with the server and he told us we could bring the food in (it was boxed and bagged and we were not consuming onsite). We even ordered some oysters at Bukkets. Then after I had paid our tab and went to the bathroom they cleared the table. My friend had turned to talk with others at the next table. They took the still full drinks and the boxed food from Jamrocks. Only minutes later I am asking about it and being told the food was thrown out. I asked for the manager, who was an extremely sweaty, unkempt and rude guy. He told me outside food is not allowed. I explained it was "to-go", but he reiterated that is was not allowed and he would call the cops if I wanted to continue to complain. I tried to explain that the server had said it was ok, but the server just stood there and the manager continued to go "call the cops" Obviously I left and have since called my bank to have them dispute the charges I paid at Bukkets.

The fact that the place is does not look clean should have been warning enough.

BUKKETS STAY IN THE TRASH. My family and I wanted were hungry, so we walked in and my sister was heading to the restroom, right when I was about to asked for a menu, and the big bully guy walks up to where I was about to ask and he raised his voice out loud to my sister "YOU CAN'T USE OUR BATHROOM" with no respect, it was already telling me the STAFF there has NO CLASS and bad judging characters. I'm sure EGO's gets in their heads. POOR BUSSINESS and I'm sure their SALEs are LOW. Coming from Huntington Beach California and seeing The old Jacksonville when I used to be a cheerleader for the Jax Bulls is Very SAD to see Bukkets to go Down Hill. It puts a BAD TASTE in my mouth. Place FEELS like REDNECK AND DIRTY.

never again. Oh My God went to Buckkets Saturday before last for being surprisingly slow it was filthy. Trash all over the floor as we walked out to the patio tables with half eaten food empty bottles and just flies everywhere. I also noted staff members standing around instead of cleaning the place up. My girlfriend and I sat a table that was half clean just wet with spilled beer and the condiment bucket loaded with trash. We waited approx. 7 min for a server to approach us, the server look as if she was drinking at the bar and could care a less how long we were waiting. I was ready to leave however my girlfriend talk me into getting a bucket of beers. I'm so sorry we didn't leave when I had the notion to, the beer bucket was at best cool and minimal ice. I ask for the manager and a female came over and said what's the problem with an attitude, I just replied out loud this place is disgusting paid my bill and promised to not return. As I was leaving I looked into the open kitchen and was glad I didn't order any food. The cooks were sweating and fighting off flies away from the open sauces for their wings. Come on Bucketts give those guys some airconditioning..!

Bad Food, Bad Service with a troll of an owner. To bad there isn't negative stars.

I have given this place a few chances to make sure the crappy food, service and poor owner attitude wasn't just a one time thing.

Every occasion same thing, wait forever to be seated at a dirty table, only to wait even longer for waitress to come complain they are understaffed thus the reason for the wait. To have her disappear to go get the drinks to return 30 mins later to then take the order which comes out, cold and incorrect. Just to have the Troll of an owner (at least he claims to be, Heavy set white guy that hopefully didn't cook the food, as his filthy appearance leaves just as bad of a taste in your mouth as the food.) who could careless that a customer isn't happy. As I see in previous posts the owner Loves to threaten to call the cops if you have a complaint and to that my reply was " look forward to seeing you in court".

Never Eat Here! Worst Experience Ever!. This honestly was the worst experience i have ever had at restaurant in my life! I got a dozen raw oyster, Horrible! Then on top of that, I guess the table next to me dine and dashed, and while I explained my case to the waiter the owner of the establishment called the cops on me. It was the most embarrassing and humiliating point in my life. I could not believe I had the cops called on me over some one else's meal. The bottom line is the food is horrible and the service is off the cart bad. Anyone who says this place is good or you should eat there is mentally insane and should rot in hell. The owner is a complete dick head and his staff seems to follow his lead. I have ate at many places and have never been treated like this. Never eat there unless you like poor service, poor food, and harassment by the staff and the police.
