HORRIBLE!!!!. From the first time I've ordered from this location, the service has been very horrible. Would leave -5 stars if possible!! The 1st: the driver couldn't find the house (1.5 hours) come to find out they entered the wrong address after verifying it 3 times!!! 2nd: everything was great! 3rd: 10 mins after order was supposed to be here, I called, the lady told me it should be there call soon us back in 15 mins if its not, (I live 5 mins from the location) 20 mins later I called spoke with a manager. Manager informed me that I cancelled my order on my previous call!!!! (2.5hours and FREE) 4th: great they found the house again address was correct. 5th time, the driver couldn't find my house and 'called' some random number not even close to mine 5 times and couldn't get a hold of me. Closed for the night and the pizza is in the freezer! (whatever one of the associates took it home!) Credit on my 'account' sorry about your luck. REALLY this facility is a sorry excuse for affordable/fast pizza. Papa Johns is much better! Faster and tastier, they might be more expensive but it's well worth every dollar!!!
