Want great service - pass this up!. Went to Sorbellos on September 4th with a group of four. We placed our orders and I ordered a Quattro formaggio personal pizza with extra mozzarella.

When the order came I received a burned pizza with Ricotta cheese and sun dried tomatoes. There was no apology for the mistake but they offered to make another one. Great - then I could eat after everyone else was finished. I thanked the server and told him I would eat it (around the blackened crust) to be social.

The final straw came when the bill arrived and I was charged $9.50 for a pizza that was advertised as $7.95. I pointed it out to the server and he said "That's the new price we just haven't had time to put it on the menu yet". He indicated that he would correct it when I checked out. He failed to do that and charged me $9.50 for a burnt pizza I didn't order.

That's it for me at Sorbellos. That's the third time and you think one or two would be enough.
