i don't know what that guy is talking about but the manager who helped me was Robert. He spent an hour with me explaining loft, lie and length in detail even testing my swing speed and plain to make sure the clubs i play are fitted properly. I didn't spend a dime he just wanted to make sure i enjoy playing golf. the guys there are very knowledgeable and courteous

Been to a lot of Edwin Watts (this is the worst). Like I said I have been to a lot of edwin watts and just moved to the area and needed a new club so I went with the trusted company. This was the worst experience i have received. The kid helping me CJ was courteous, but the manager was a jerk-off yankee that could care less about courtesy. His local high roller came in after being cold and @$$y to me and he was bubbly and working the latest deal. I spent close to $200, I guess that wasnt good enough for yankee boy.
