I ordered flowers for Mother's Day this year through Orange Park Flowers and Gifts after having a bad experience last year through another florist.

I could not have been more please the service was friendly and very helpful. The flowers arrived by a very friendly delivery person, I received a phone call from my mom saying it was the most beautiful arrangement she have ever received..I would definately use them for all my floral needs and recommend them to anyone..

very disappointing arrangement. I ordered flowers online and the flowers that were delivered were very disappointing, didn't look anything like the arrangement online, flowers were haphazzardly arranged, water was cloudy. This is the second bad experience I have had with this florist and will not be ordering flowers from them again.

Worst customer service ever. I went in to this shop for a quick dozen roses (which were beautiful-with or without the plastic) for a friend's birthday. My friend and I wanted to put together the vase and flowers in the car so we could drop them off down the street. We asked that they not put plastic on it so it would make it easier on us in the car. The manager insisted on the plastic wrap stating they have a reputation to uphold. That without the plastic, the flowers looked as if they came from a garbage can. Long story short, she was very rude to me. My friend knew how irritating she was being and called me Ridiculous for asking for such a favor from this shop manager. This woman decides that she didn't quite offend me enough and jumps on board calling me ridiculous as well and yelled at me while THE PAYING CUSTOMER WAS PULLING OUT HER CREDIT CARD...I have spent hundreds of dollars in that store that happens to be blocks from my office. Next time I'm buying flowers for any reason, I will pass her shop to go somewhere else. She was rude and I could expect more customer service from the meat man at Winn-dixie in regards to flower buying than I could her...

My advice to you is this. If you like spending your hard earned money on flowers that will die continue to buy them. If you like to spend your hard earned money on flowers that will die WHILE BEING RIDICULED AND YELLED AT THEN SHOP AT THE "ORANGE PARK FLORIST"
