this place sux. Not only is the rosevelt location nasty but the mgr rocky is about the worst artist ever. i went to see a guy named shane on recommendation from several people . He was booked and told me if I couldn't wait see Rocky. The guy was a total ego'd out prick and screwed my tat up. I should have just cut my losses at the beginning when I realized something was weird but I figured if that guy that did all my friends awesome pieces was right next to me working on his client It couldn't go wrong. BS I will be having a cover up if possible or laser removal at this point. If in doubt wait is all I can stress. especially if your there for someone else! $400.00 down the drain its enough to make you insane with anger.

I love MARK!!!!!! He's Awesome. This place is fantastic. It's clean, the people are great, and there's a whole lot of talent. I fly down from Illinois to get tattoo's from Mark. He did all my tattoos and put me to sleep doing them. The people there really listen to what you want, if you bring something in they work with you and give you advice but in the end they wait for the ok (unlike someothers I've seen work). Also they are really great about working with you to create something from an idea and tweeking it to perfection...just gotta love 'em

Good shop. I think this shop is great! I've walked in to other shops and have asked questions just to get blown off from the artists, like they didn't want my business. I have had 3 Tats done by the guys at Big City on Wells Rd since november of 2000. Everytime I have walked in there has always been someone willing to talk to me and give me some feedback on what I am looking for. I went in a few weeks ago and threw some ideas at one of the artists and about 30 minutes later he had a picture drawn up for me, exactly what I was looking for, and another hour and half later the tat was finished. I will be going back in a few weeks to get my 4th tat from this Big City shop.

M_E. They act like they are doing you a favor. At times they are over priced. The piercer's are very rude they do not offer any help if you should have a problem with your proceedure. The tattooist's are not helpfull at all. They say they Guarantee there work but they DO NOT they push you off and say when or if you get another I'll fix the first one at no charge.
