I took my two nieces to this store and was told how to parent them. They were told not to touch anything. We were followed around by both ladies working there. They watched every move we made. Of course my two nieces wanted to touch everything and try on the hats and shoes. They had money to burn but after feeling so unwelcomed, we left and took our business elsewhere. Why sell kid things when you don't want kids to touch any of it? Any responsible parent or aunt would pay for anything that may have been accidentally broken by the kids. I will never go back there.

management. The person who runs that store is very mean to everyone the customers and employees. There is no need to be that way.She needs to be told that is no way to run a buisness.

Betsy's Hallmark,St Augustine FL. Management needs to be replaced. Store overall is wonderful but why would anyone work for this woman?

How do you stay in business?. What a pity to have such a beautiful store but who on earth is the person in charge? You wouldn't accept my $20.00 bill for a $3.95 card because you weren't allowed to do so? If you need change, there's a bank next door! Must be nice not to need the business. I'll not frequent this store again and will give my business elsewhere.
