why is this a music venue?. This is an actual theater. With seats. And velvet curtains. The acoustics are not designed for loud music, especially if your seats are not in level 1. The view of the stage from level 2+ also sucks. The staff is sternly polite :P

Pros: there is a parking lot right across the street.

Cons: is was not meant to be a music venue.

Great place for music. Love this beautiful old theatre! Absolutely gorgeous!

We've seen a lot of great shows here, and are happy when good musicians come to town.

Sadly at least half the crowd is normally drunk, and very obnoxious. When Ingrid Michaelson was performing, after enough shouting and yelling from the crowd, she said "Wow. You guys are really rowdy." Sigh. Would be nice if alcohol wasn't served, but I'm sure they make a good amount of profit off of it.

Nevertheless, I highly recommend this venue!
