Keep away. I just moved to Jax and I love Taco Bell. I eat there 2-3 times per week. I have been to this particular Taco Bell twice. Both times, the service was beyond bad. The first time, (drive-thru) I got someone else's order and luckily I checked it before I got out of the parking lot. I went inside and stood there for more than 10 minutes while a very surly employee corrected the problem, displaying more than a small amount of attitude. I made the mistake of going back again tonight. I was oredering for two people. I ordered a total of 7 items, including a beverage. NOT ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS CORRECT! After reading the other reviews, I see that I am not the only one having problems at this Taco Bell. I seriously hope that the owner of this franchise location reads some of these poor reviews and takes action to correct the OBVIOUS problem at this restaurant. Avoid this place like the plague. I know I will.

Avoid at night. This Taco Bell is really quick, but everytime I have gone there after 5pm, my order was incorrect. I'm not talking about one item, I'm talking about everything on the order. The first couple of times I went in to have them fix it, they acted like I did something wrong, but one time I did get a refund and my food remade. I would suggest NEVER going through the drive-thru, as this is where most orders are done incorrerctly, however, you have to be careful about going in to as they have ALWAYS messed up at least one thing on my order. Only go here if you ReALLY have a Taco bell craving and there isn't one within a 30 minute drive. If you can, go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
