prom. The overall experiance was excellent. My group had a great time and the food and service was outstanding.

Raw Meat. As a family of four, we treated ourselves to a really classy evening at Ruth's Chris with high expectations. Out of four meals, 3 had to be returned because they were Rare when we had ordered the steaks at the medium well side of medium. Very disappointing when we had really splurged and they didn't seem to care.

FANTABULOUS. WHERE DOES ONE START...............FROM UNBELIEVABLE PORTIONS TO GREAT SERVICE TO PRICING WHICH IS REASONABLE FOR WHAT YOU RECEIVE. THIS IS A FIVE STAR RESTAURANT AND I HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR OVER 35 YEARS!

The Place To Celebrate!!. ALthough Ruth's may seem pricey, it's worth going out half as much as we used to. The food, service and atmosphere are absolutely wonderful!! Sharing side dishes is fun. By the way, my husband and I have visited over 30 different locations and have not had a bad experience yet in the past 7 .5 years.

Melt in your Mouth? An Understatement!!. My husband and I visited Ruth Chris on our first anniversary (because it IZ one of those great places where you can dress up or down). Anyhoo, we shared entrees (the portions were huge) and the steak was UNBELIEVABLE! This place comes highly recommended!

Over-rated. The service was good, but the steak was tough and a little charred. My wife's steak was also tough. Not worth the money we paid.

Good food and service. If you want to splurge, the food and service are worth the somewhat pricey menu. Try for a table near the windows to get a good view of the St Johns River and downtown Jacksonville while enjoying your meal.
