Just Wonderful!. The first time I went was on a date and I was so taken by the atmosphere, food, and waitstaff that I had to go again.

I treated my darling mother and her friend there and we all had a nice "girls" night out.

Food was great, drinks were good, one of the waitors was kinda cute (wink) but...when the check came I broke out in a cold sweat ($120 for all three of us **oh lawdy**) but it was my mothers birthday and she deserves the best. My mom couldnt stop talking about the place and I bet the waitor remember us well too (we tipped him $20 or was it more? he was great!) Besides, it was worth it and I wont hesitate to go again.

The average male is around $16-$26 and drinks were around $8 and they are very good.

I highly recommend Bistro AIX. I went to Bistro AIX with my husband last Monday night. We walked in and there was a great crowd. Mostly 40 and under. It was lively. We ended up sitting outside in a cute little area. It was a beautiful night. The Apple Martinis were awesome. We had calamari for an appetizer and my husband had the filet and I had the tuna. Both were wonderful. It was a perfect evening all around!

Almost too hip for Jacksonville. Great dining experience. Trendy, attractive waitstaff are polite and informed. Meals are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the stomach! Atmosphere is artsy and romantic. Great place for a first date or a romantic anniversary!
