HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - SAVE YOUR MONEY I must say we were very disappointed in the dinner cruise last Friday (3/8/13) and WILL NOT recommend it at all – to follow are some pain points of this evening:

Our reservations were very difficult to make – we finally reached someone, and made the reservations / The overall condition of the boat is not good – the restrooms didn’t even look clean. The carpets and curtains are terrible. / There was no prior menu selection provided, therefore we had no idea what to expect, but we certainly expected something better than the below par warmed over buffet food we received, especially for the price of the cruise – the dinner rolls were hard and not even heated up. / The staff was somewhat pleasant, but when serving the food they didn’t wear the appropriate protective clothing (hair nets, aprons – thank goodness they had on gloves) – it was awful. The dessert cake from Publix was the most awful, seriously this was disappointing. / The liquor selection was very poor. /

The DJ music was DATED AND LAME ! / During our time on the boat the staff begin moving tables around and rearranging our seats for a wedding the next day – seriously? We paid for this dinner cruise and the staff should have waited until we departed.

I can’t say one positive thing about our experience on the dinner cruise. We could not wait to get off your boat. Your website is misleading in the experience it describes. It’s really no wonder you had only a handful of passengers.

Can't help but recommend. Good experience.. When the weather warms up, I completely intend to take the Missus out on a romantic trip along one of North Florida's scenic landmarks.

Not worth the money. My husband and I planned to take a nice river cruise on the St.Johns so we contacted River Cruises. We made reservations for a Friday night cruise on the Lady St.John. The cruise was to consist of dinner and dancing and we were to sail from 7til 9:30. It cost $85.16 for the both of us. When we arrived at the Chart house to board the boat we were told we would be sailing the Annabelle Lee. We began sailing about 7:15 we ate dinner about 7:30 and at about 8:00 the boat was returning back to the Chart House. We were told it was due to electrical problems. We were not offered any kind of refund or compensation for this early return. I called the next morning and spoke with a women who told me that she knew nothing about this and she would have someone called me back the next day. No one ever called I had to called about three times before I spoke with someone who then offered me half off the next cruise. I told him that we didn't want antoher cruise we would like half of our money back. I was told that it would be credited to my account the next day. Needless to say it has been a week and I'm still waiting.
