I love this place! The folks at Bayview were able to fix what the dealership said had to be replaced. Thus saving me lots of money! They were also willing to work around my schl'd. As a mom, that is so important! My van was ready the next day! 5 starts all the way!

The best in the buisness. Bayview Collision is the best repair shop in jacksonville. I got my bumper repaired and painted and was amazed with how good my car looked when i picked it up. The people in the office are extremely healpfull and knowledgeable. The repair was great and the price extremely good. They went over the top with my car and cleaned the entire car inside and out and it looked better than it did before the accident. I will never go anywere else and will never let anyone i know go anywere else either.

I just keep on walkin. I went in for a roof repaint. The estimate was not the low end and was in the mid-upper range of estimates. I asked if there would be paint overspray onto the windshield moulding. They said NO overspray at all. What does this signify? It means they use special trim masking tape that cost $21 per 30 feet (very very expensive tape). It indicates that they are not cutting the corners or doing it on the cheap. They use quality PPG paint. In the office there is a old yellowed "joke" sign that says Listening to complaining, whining customers will be charged out at a rate of $10 per hour. Why would a business put up a sign like that where customers could see it? I feel that the sign is equivalent to giving me the finger. You like the customers money but you do not like them. I took a walk. They get one star for being courteous and another star for using good paint and materials. It looks like a technically good shop but the sign is not a joke. It is a warning.
