Above and beyond.... Wow, for a small shop they have a lot going on! I had an insurance issue, which was handled so flawlessly, that later when I needed a bit of body work on my SUV, of course I returned. Same experience. Extremely considerate of my time, helpful in every way, and tried to save me money on odd parts. I can say that Pickett Brothers Body shop is a home away from home for my Toyota Sequoia. For me, I couldn't have been happier, in either of my two visits.

Horrible Customer Service. OK, so I messed up and hit someone's car. We decided not to involve insurance, as I would pay for the damages myself. Pickett Brothers were very unwilling to work with me at all. They were very demanding of how they wanted business handled. I had a problem with them wanting me to pay for services before the services were rendered. I dont think its too much to ask that they fix the car before I pay for it. Unfortunately in this day and time, you just cant trust people to do the right thing, especially a small body shop business. So I proceeded with caution. My business parter is the person who was paying for the repairs. I let Pickett brothers know that she would be calling to pay for the repairs using a credit card, over the phone. After a number of rude phone calls from them, I thought everything was handled. I was rudely awakened this morning, after spending the entire eveing in the emergency room with my mother. I was called a liar, and was spoken to in a manner that I feel is highly inappropriate from a business professional. I attempted to address the situation but was abruptly hung up on. They then called the owner of the car and said I refused payment... Now, I am a person of honor and integrity, so for another human being to call me a liar, or suggesting that I had no intention from the start of paying my debt, was very offensive. I called my business partner and requested that she call right away to handle the payment. The man was so rude to her that she had no choice but to also disconnect the call... The man then called me back and started up his rude mouth once again. Do people really think that by acting that way, they will get new business? Or even get a payment from me? I mean jeeze, I have every intention of paying for the repairs, but that is just no way to handle a business. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & UNCALLED FOR!!!!!
