Wonderfull experience!. Our new shower looks great! Thanks for all the help in getting the job done so quickly. Everyone that worked on the project showed up on time and worked hard the entire time they were here. Everyone cleaned up each day and they all explained each item they completed and answered all of my questions. Having just hired several different contractors to restore my home, it was refreshing to have Family Tile work at my home.

Very Pleased!. With all the horror stories that one can hear about renovations, we can only say that our experience has been a "10" throughout the job. There was tremendous telephone communication between John, Eric and us on a daily basis regarding days of work or no work, time of arrival and names of folks who would be coming to the house to work on specific jobs. The latter were all respectful, talented and cleaned up after themselves! I would recommend Family Tile to anyone looking for a remodeling contractor!

These guys are great!. I checked this company out with Better Business Bureau and they have an A+ rating. I compared their estimate with three others -- definitely a fair price on my bathroom tile replacement. The owner, John, is about the nicest guy you would ever care to meet. He turned the job around fast and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I would definitely recommend Family Tile.

Overcharged and Lengthy Delays. A small to medium bathroom remodel that took 6 months after they had promised that at worst it will be 6 weeks. They had a good sales pitch and charged a premium for it. This was during the peak of everything so we didn't look much further. Should have known something was shady from the start. The contract stated that we, the homeowner, is the general contractor and they were the subs. Which by law a homeowner could do their own work and pulled their own permit. This was the loop hole they used to do work on, but if anyone gets injured during the work, the homeowner is responsible for. A legitimate contractor would have pulled their own permit and walked thru with the inspectors. Thankfully nobody was hurt. However the issue is what was a simple job took 6 months to complete. If I would have known that I would have just done it myself. I highly recommend you look else where. I believe the only reason there's no other review here is that all of them are bad and they can deleted it from time to time. My original review is gone so I know they had erased it. In summary, BEWARE!
