Im writing to let everyone know how great Steven and Jennifer are at Tillmans . They made buying a new used car enjoyable not a pain.They both truely care for costumers and not just sells.I would gladly go to them again and you should too.

Randy and Mr. Tillman made my buying experience easy and fast. I went to other places a lot more "well known" in Jacksonville first, and spent hours trying to get as good a deal as the one Tillman gave me in the first 5 minutes! Save yourself some time and hassle, go to Tillman first!

Love, Love, Love Tillman Auto. I bought a van so I can load my grandkids in it. Tommy and Steve were great. Wonderful customer service and pleasure to deal with. Would recommend Tillman to you.

My experience buying my first car was a great one thanks to Steve Tillman and the best salesperson Jennifer. I went in with a sterotype about car dealerships and how they try to rip you off but they changed my whole mindset about them. They were very kind and helpful and helped me find the best car for the price i was looking for. The buying process was easy, Jennifer explained everything to me in a very understanding way, and they even feed me with some excellent chicken quesedia soup! Overall i would recommend anyone to this dealership if you, these people are honest and very helpful!!!

On January 5,2013 We were in the market for a quality used vehicle and our exploits brought us to Tillman; The description and photos of the vehicle were accurate and vivid. Upon our arrival @ Tillman we were greeted by Jennifer our sales person and she took care us and worked hard to get the deal done. They allowed us to take the vehicle alone for several hours to evaluate its condition and performance. Needless to say, we were highly impressed with the vehicle and wanted to purchase. In the sales office the application was easy and Jennifer was forthcoming and explained every itemized charge to ensure that we understood the terms and conditions of our purchase. Steve the owner and Jennifer were WONDERFUL and really took care of us. To simply state customer service still exists and Tillman has set the standard in customer service. Our next vehicle purchase will be from Tillman.... Excellent Service from Start to Finish!!

01/04/13 We just purchased a used car for our Daughter Joanna from Tillman auto LLC on Beach Blvd. The owner Steve Tillman and the sales man Thomas gave us such GREAT service that I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to go there. Mr. Tillman really cares about the condition of the vehicles he sells. He made sure this vehicle was safe for my 18 year old to drive back and forth to school and to her PT job. He treated her like she was his own. We had made plans to pick the vehicle up in the morning. He was going to have the oil changed before we took possession of it. When he test drove it that morning he notice there was an issue with it overheating. He asked us to leave it so they could figure out what was going on. Turns out they had to replace the radiator, thermostat and the water pump. This defiantly would have been a problem due to this being the first vehicle my daughter will have owned. She would not have noticed there was a problem by looking at the gauges. I truly believe that anyone else would have had us drive it off that evening and told us too bad you bought it. Thomas our salesman was so polite and willing to help in every way. I would like to thank the Tillman auto LLC for the GREAT service we received from them. Thank You again for making sure my daughter is in a safe and reliable used car.

Great experience! After weeks of searching, I found a great little Toyota for my daughter at Tillman Auto on Beach Blvd. The car has low mileage, is four years old and was a great price. (I know about this because I did a search for the same model and year car within a 50 mile radius.) My daughter will be driving this car through the rest of high school and through college. It's sweeet! Thanks to my nice salesman, Randy Caldwell, and to Steve Tillman. They are just great guys!

I had been looking for quiet a while for a car for my daughter when we both ended up at Steve Tillman's place on Beach blvd. We found a nice car that she could afford and just really loved the Steve and his staff dealt with us . They are a bunch of straight dealing guys over there. Thank you Steve for what you did for us, Nicey
