The Blue Bamboo Jacksonville, Fl..
We eat here often. Friendly and welcoming. Very clean and fresh. If you do not see it on the menu just ask. We love it. Every time I have ever dined here it has been well prepared, well presented and great tasting. We love to bring guests and hear them rave about it. We do not consider any other restaurant because The Blue Bamboo has everything.

Great Find.
We eat here often, the portions are large and the food is always cooked perfectly. The service is divine; however, we find wine list we find a little over priced so we stick of cocktails or hot sake. I highly recommend the ½ duck.

One of the BEST resturants in town..
My wife and I love to go here for any occasion. She has studied Asian cultures and loves specifically Japanese and Chinese food. She is extreemly picky about where she eats as well, so if we continue to go back you know it must be good. We have also gone with a small group of friends, the special wine room in the back for dining (if available) is perfect! It's also good to have that room if you have ONE younger child with you as not to disturb others. Not a good resturant for kids! Romantic and group yes!
We have tried almost everything on the traditional menu (they are now doing dishes from around the world that started this month and we have yet to try them) and love it! The Crispy Orange Duck Jasmine Rice, Sesame Greens $17.95 is wonderful as well as the Sesame Seared Chicken Veggie Stir-Fry, Jasmine Rice $12.95. If you want a little cheaper (even though those are wonderful prices for the food) try the STREET EATS menu for one of my wife's faves the Mu Shu Chicken Wraps $7.95 or mine the Honey Glazed Spareribs $8.95. Each dish is wonderful and will fill you up. The wine list is good and desert menu wonderful. The autmosphere is amazing and the decore simple but beautiful. Service is also amazing. The Executive Chef , Dennis Chan also makes rounds of the room (on not so busy nights) to talk to people about their meal and day! If a dish is too spicy or not what you expected, they will gladly change out your meal. Oh and the tea is to die for! Sweet tea like no other, perfect for the individuals taste.... I won't give away the secret to that.... it's a must experiance restaurant!

best asian fusion restaurant.
I was very pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant. Its presence improved the area greatly. Unique dishes with excellent flavors, good service, friendly and courteous chef. I highly recommend this restaurant especially to those who are sick of the usual boring asian dishes that all taste the same.
