Tips for Precision Carpet & Upholstery
STOP READ BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!Dishonest!!! The price more than tripled from $79.00 to $329.00 and then a $10.00 fee was added for gas to the inflated price I was given when I started to write my check. Then the worker returned to my house came in took my check out said I needed to void the check and pay some of the amount in cash because he needed gas. So I called the company only to be told that the manager was not in due to an emergency and the owner was out of town. I spoke with the secretary and explained to her what happened and she informed me that the worker was instructed by her to ask for cash for gas. SAY WHAT!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO A HONEST DAYS WORK FOR A HONEST DAYS PAY? BY THE WAY THE WORKER ASKED THAT I GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND POST WHAT I THINK ABOUT THE SERVICE. WELL I COPIED AND PASTED THIS POST I WONDER IF IT WILL MAKE IT OR GET DELETED. SINCE ALL THE COMMENTS ON THEIR WEB SITE ARE ONLY VERY GOOD. ONCE AGAIN DISHONEST AND MISLEADING!
I WISH I would have read these reviews prior to using them! They did exact same thing to me (bait and switch). Quoted me a price- the price DOUBLED when they arrived and gave me a new estimate and because of my time crunch to get out of the apt. I HAD to use them. Called the manager to work out a FAIR deal but no such luck since I had already signed the work order. DO NOT USE Precision in Jacksonville, FL they will bait and switch and charge you at least double what you should be paying! UNHAPPY customer and will tell anyone and everyone I know!
I have precision carpet care do their coupon cleaning 3 to 4 times a year. Never had any troubles.
Today I had the exact same problem occur as DW notes below- in fact - the technician was very rude and walked out and refused to do the ADVERTISED carpet cleaning on the coupon!! This was a move out clean for a rental with older carpet. The really frustrating thing was that I had this entire discussion 2 weeks ago when I scheduled this cleaning. This guy was only interested in upselling so as not to take their coupon - can you say FALSE ADVERTISING. Call someone else
Bait and switch, they advertise $40
cleaning then gave me a new estimate for $250+ when they showed up.When I didn't want to do this scam, they got rather nasty and rude.
Do not use these people.
Carpets looked like new again---We have
an older dog and cat,
needless to say, the cleaning took care of all the spots and
no odor--smells so nice and clean. Craig was very professional
and worked quickly. Will use them again, but with pets will
call sooner next time
I appreciated the level of professional customer service and quick turn around time in scheduling my appointment. Ross and Corey were punctual and very consultative with my service options. They completed the job very fast and were extremely customer-oriented. I am very happy with the service levels and this team! Thank you!

Chirs cleaned my carpet and did a
wonderful job. My white carpet looks perfect like new. He was super nice and funny. I have told all my friends and family about him. He even told me what and why he was doing and was very well priced. I will be calling him back next time.

Chris cleaned my carpet and he did a fantastic job. My carpet had a ton of stains all over it from my daughter eating and spilling drinks and he got every stain out of my carpet. My carpet looks brand new. Chris went above and beyond my expectations. It can be strange having a stranger in your house cleaning it but it was like inviting my best friend over. Chris was very personable and did a super job. The only down side to this is that one day after the cleaning I found out that I will be moving so now I hope Chris will come back out do my new house. Chris is the best and I would refer anyone to Precision Carpet.
