always top notch. I'm a repeat customer of precision carpet...... as their work is always top notch. I'm very picky and demanding about services especially in today's economic climate. Joshua Rodgers, the technician that cleaned my carpet today did an outstanding job with not only cleaning, but with providing me with an excellent overview of services and offering the best package that suited my needs. I changed my mind at least ten times before deciding on the best package - and Joshua was gracious and worked with me every step of the way . I never felt rushed or pressured.

Joshua was very customer focused, diligent with performing his job and made my carpet look great. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with his work. I recommend this company to you for all of your cleaning needs. I also recommend Joshua as well for a job well done.

Great Service!. Precision carpet techs were able to come out the same day I called them to clean and sanatize my carpets. I was having a party the next day and was able to get the techs out there to take care of my carpet problems such as my sons spilled red kool aid stain. I would recomend Precision carpets to all my friends and familly. The tech made me very comfortable with what he was selling and the services I needed. I did not feel like i was pressured to buy anything. I will be a life long Precision carpet cleaning customer…

Extremely rude! Watch out for Owen!. If i hadnt experienced this for myself i wouldnt believe it. The coupons are a waste of time as when they got to the apartment, the $79 dollar special turned into almost $600!! When i called, Owen answered and was very, very rude! He overspoke me and never let me finish my question. Owen used profanity a couple times which is COMPLETELY unacceptable in the professional world (this company is NOT professional by the way). He seems like a little man with little man syndrome who takes out his frustrations over the phone. The workers were also rude and arrived in sweaty tshirts and then put on the company shirts!!! Anyway, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company! Three year olds could do a better job and not be as rude as this company is!…
