Thank you Owen and Jimmy!!!!!I had a flood in my living room 6pm during the week - I am a single mother and had no idea what to do. I had Jimmy clean my carpets previously and remembered what a good job he did. He was my first and only call. He was at my house in 30 minutes and took care of everything! I wish there were more companies like this that you know you can trust and depend on. Great Job!!!

"i am a 30 yr old unemployed father and husband who lost his job due to the education budget cuts.

one glorious night, while we were out, our double-wide trailer was being ""redecorated"" with about 40 gallons of water, via an old water heater. initially, we contacted north florida restoration, who promised the world, despite my constant, clearly expressed concerns about cost. i just wanted them to do whatever they could with the little money we had already rec'd from insurance. as time passed (with nothing being done), the mold and mildew grew, and became a huge concern since my 7-yr-old son has asthma and allergies. we had to move in with my parents, and then to my in-laws a couple WEEKS later. meanwhile, still NO PROGRESS. i had all i could take of north fl restoration and their apparent hearing problems, so i called a random company out of mint mag. i am so glad that it was precision carpet, and not another hack, money-hungry, deaf company. the installer, jimmy mcelroy, listened to every last thing i had to say (he was sent to my home the same day i called) and did everything within his and the company's power to help me out. three days later, new pad and carpet were installed in the bedroom, and my entire home was cleaned as a pleasant bonus (neither of which were on the previous company's work order).

jimmy, with the support of the precision carpet staff, literally busted his hump trying to please a family who had nothing extra to offer and treated us like we were his wealthiest customers.

negative reviews are common, since we all want to voice our frustrations, but i wanted everyone in jax to know that precision carpet allowed us to move back home, keep my son healthy, and did everything i asked and more! don't make a mistake and call someone else. take it from a guy whose life has gone from bad to worse (save the love of my family): precision carpet was our saving grace. an actual blessing."

Hello My name is Denise and my husbands name is Otis. I want to thank James and Ross for cleaning my carpet. They did a excellent job. I had a grease stain that I REALLY THOUGHT would not come out but the reassured me that they can get it clean and OMG! they did thanks so much I will be using you guys in the near future.

These people are great as long as you pay your money and have no problems...But dealing with them has been horrible...First off if they think they have first class service along with the prices they are dead wrong. They cleaned an area rug on top of a wood floor and slid furniture across it scratching the floors and still have not addressed that and during the cleaning process they spilled/dumped chemicals into our lawn that burned/killed grass and the response we got was the grass will grow back.

The standard carpet cleaning was ok. The treatment on the rug was not we were primarily concerned with getting cat piss smell out of the rug and they are now on the third trip out to eliminate a smell that should have been gone the first time.

On top of all this I was told I would be called prior to showing up and they didn't which was fine. Now, I have a 2 1/2 year old so once I signed the work order I made sure they had my number and told them I am going to a park with him please call me when your near done...instead I get no call, but I return after 45 minutes expecting them there, but they are gone with the house locked up and I never got a call.

I was also a victim of the coupon scheme, but I have no problem paying the money if a job is done well and with care which in this case it wasn't.

Owen Brown and Will Nappoli cleaned my carpet. I was thinking I was going to have to replace the carpet. There were pet stains (and odor!!!) and some brown stain that I wasn't even sure what it was. After the carpet was cleaned, the stain was gone and so was the odor. They did a fabulous job. I will definately call them again, if we have more accidents!

Niles and Ray were at my house today. I really didn't expect them to get my white carpet clean in my bedroom! The only thing I wished I would have done is to take before and after pictures. OMG! I can't believe I was thinking about getting new carpet! These Guys are the best! They are coming back next week to clean my loveseat and sofa. I would highly recommend these professionals. They gave me an estimate before they started and I was a little leary that they would be able to get it clean. The carpet looks fantastic now, well worth the investment! Susan

High-five to Owen Brown! I will be recommending Precision Carpet to everyone. We had a wonderful experience. I had a limited budget to work with but had some pretty necessary cleaning needs due to my 3 dogs. He worked with me to meet my needs and stay within the budget. I also had an impossible hot pink nail polish stain on my area rug...unbelievably Owen got it out!

Saw a $49 coupon for 5 rooms in the Mint magazine. I thought that was too cheap and they'd add extra for this or that. I thought I'd end up paying about $120. Well this jackass says it needs a $200 chemical additive, and could probably use an $80 "power scrub" and suggested something else for $60. In a time crunch without time to call a second cleaner (I was moving out), I ended up spending $216 for the "cleaning" and "chemical boost".

Here's a hint, Precision Carpets: when somebody calls you and orders your "carpet cleaning" for $50, they want their carpets cleaned. You shouldn't have to buy extra stuff if you want them clean.

I went back a few days later, and some areas (in front of where the couch was) still looked like crap. For $216, 800 sq ft of carpet should have looked fantastic.

I would not recommend this company. False advertising. Poor job.
