Smile care used to work with their patients. Have used them several times in repaying service ( FSA).This no longer applies. Tried reasoning as I thought I was a trustworth customer working for the Government. Prices are too high. I'm just too disgusted. Have to pay up front. I set aside $900.00 in my FSA and I can't use it. Who saves money these days?

My God these people are expensive. By the time my daughter has the dental work finished on just one tooth the cost will run just shy of $1900.00 - that's between my co-payments ($880) and the insurance payout for the rest. The endodontist alone, Dr. Swindle, charged $1000 per hour - $400 co-pay, $600 insurance - for a one hour procedure, and that's after a 30-day wait to get the procedure done. Yes, I'm sure they do good work, but how good does a dentist have to be? For non-cosmetic procedures, certainly the average mortgage payment PER HOUR is a little steep. At the conclusion of my daughter's work I will be looking for a more reasonably priced dentist.
Pros: Not enough to outweigh the con.
Cons: Outrageously expensive.
