Kim P. at this salon is the best. I am very glad I finally found someone that cares and takes time with your hair. She pays attention to detatil and will not do something that will end up damaging your hair. She is top notch and I will most def recomend her to everyone! :)

An horrible experience

I visited for your eyes expecting service that was on par with their prices. I found the salon unsanitary and dirty, the service lacking and incompetent. I've been to other salons in Jacksonville and received top notch service; however, from the start I knew this was nothing near top notch service. First I had to wait, not really a big deal, but good salons don't make you wait. Second, when I was finally called in for my service(waxing) the room was dirty and smallish and poorly lit like a dungeon. The woman who did the waxing was not trained properly and the wax burned me, additionally whether because of her poor eyesight or the lack of lighting in the facility she missed several obvious patches of hair. The equipment was not salon grade equipment, it was cheap. I've been waxing since I was a girl due to my dark hair color and I've never experienced something so lousy. She didn't even remove the wax from my legs when she finished!!

I love love love this salon. My experience there was very comforting. Mandy did an awesome job!! Best haircut ever and the color is infallible! Ask for her when going.. You WONT be disappointed :)

best place to go

i've been going to FYEO since a child. the sweetest thing Ive seen was a young girl getting her first haircut ,her dad video taping, Carlos being so greatly charming, brought me back to 17 years ago. Now. i've gone blonde to red to orange(when i attempted myself once).. through the seasonal fashion changes, season through season and always impressed how revamped I am . They work with you.

I get pedicures and manicures often. I love that they use paraffin wax and am always happy with the results.

All the staff is friendly and personable. I love their individual attitudes and the salon's overall EVERYTHING. Good location, easy to get in and out, with shopping and many dinner options nearby!
