Worst Provider I've Ever Seen

I saw Dr Moore for about 2 years on and off. He was fine until recently, when I had many problems crop up, one right after another, starting with back pain. He claimed to be concerned about me to my face, but then refused to do anything FOR me and accused me of making up the pain just to get medicine from him IN MY CHART (which can't be changed). During my appointment, he wouldn't listen to me at all and refused to help in getting an MRI for my back to diagnosis the source of my back pain. At the end of my LAST appointment, he told me to take tylenol and motrin and "deal with the pain" (the kind of pain that is so excruciating, I had to call an ambulance to take me to the ER because I couldn't move). I've never felt so abandoned by a physician in my life.

My favorite health care center

My doctor is the best...he listens and seems concerned of my needs without a bunch of BS attached to his reply. He is honest and stright forth with me and I truly appreciate his manner. Dr James Moore is one of the best doctors I have seen and I've been to many with my health problems either referrals or due to insurance changes over the years. I had Dr Moore in the 90's but due to a job change I was no longer able to keep him as my doctor but now that I have a policy that he is on I am very grateful to be returning and having him as my doctor once again.......YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Pros: nobody likes to wait when they feel bad but all do
• Cons: they get to you as soon as possible and very friendly staff

GREAT DOCTORS~BUT....

SOMETIMES HARD TO GET A CALL BACK~ EVEN TO THE PHARMACY~ BUT OVERALL A GREAT PLACE ~ VERY CLEAN~ WONDERFUL STAFF OF FRIENDLY PEOPLE. DR. MCKIBBEN ID MY PHYSICIAN AND I HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER TO ANYONE~ SHE IS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HER NURSE IS WONDERFUL AS WELL.
