Walmart Supercenter

Jacksonville's absolute worst Walmart. This is one of the worst Wal-marts that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The customer service provided was egregious and appalling to say the least. A customer service manager told me that, " she is not dealing with this and she is getting someone else". Not to mention the assistant manager telling me that, "I should tell my (defective) printer in Craigslist for 10 dollars". As it was a discontinued model. If it was such a problem why sell it to me? First I was told that they didnt carry it, then I was told that I would receive 40 dollars. I refused as I paid close to 80 dollars for the unit. The printer by the way, was a canon MX 340, which is listed on the site for 69.99. I am speaking with the store manager now, which i am confident that i will have to escalate it further to the market manager. Wish me luck on taking on a multi-national conglomerate.…
