worst grill in jax. Went in for lunch today... very unsatified.

Still waining to the owner to call us as the manager did not seem to get the idea that she should solve the problem of guests who felt over charged, for kids drinks. It sould be stated that a kids drink is not included with their $5 doller meal. They did not even have a price for a kids drink on the menu. Honestly not a hard fix in my mind. It should never cost $10 for 4 kids sodas. I don't mind the extra charge for the drinks I ordered for my toddlers as they did not get thier own meal but I was expectingto be more like $1.25 at the most. Honestly the server could have said something when we ordred. Her responce to the problem was "yeah I know people complain about it all the time". Wonder why.

Wings were not so good either, they were meaty, but cooked poorly., some over done and some almost under cooked.

We left feeling very taken advantage of.

Still waiting for the owner to call. And wondering how this place is still open.

Worst Food and service ever. My girlfriend and i just moved to the area and generally do not pay a lot of attention to reviews however we should have when going to this location... First I will say I have worked in the Rest. and bar business so i know what service is.

We arrived and was seated promptly to only be left there for about 15 Minutes with out no one coming to serve us. Then finall a server come over and we ordered drinks at an appatizer at the same time(you know since we had plenty of time to look). we finally got out drinks may 5- 10 min. later. We ordered out dinners as well. We got out appatizer (buffalo shrimp) about 20 minutes after it was ordered. What i got for 9.00 was about 8 pieces of what looked like crubs(popcorn shrimp) covered in a hotsauce mixed with butter. tasted aweful. then our salad and Chicken fingers arrived. about 10-20 minutes later. It was no better. Very dissatisfied with food and service. after all this i spent 40.00 on poor service and food. how this place remains in business I do not know..

I DO know this Mudville location. and, although my first experience was fine, my last trip there was HORRIBLE. The food stunk and the service was worthless. The only food that was worth eating was the oysters. Maybe the Mudville on Beach is better, but I will never return to this one!
