The Worst UPS Store you could patronize in Jacksonville the OWNER PETER LOFTIS is a horrible profane man that verbally assaulted me while I came to retreive my mail. It was one of the most humiliating and terrible experiences of my life. I hope no body else has to go through what I did whith this horrible store and terrible owner ..

Pros: None

Cons: Terrible Customer service.. Be prepared to be insulted and treated very badly
