Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant..
In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

This is probley the best service at any place to eat in the area.I have ordered take out for lunch more times than I remember. When someone comes in from out of town for business and we are getting lunch together this is where I suggest.I can count on great service and great food,in a timely manner.

Unusually bad service and food for an Olive Garden.
Had been to this location before and had moderate success but not so lucky this night. Waited 35 minutes for a table for 2 and another 10 at the table for a server to even take a drink order. Drinks and appetizer were late on arrival and the bruschetta was well past it's prime. The tomatoes looked old and it had been drenched to the point of looking like something in a sewer drain or kitchen sink. Mango Strawberry margarita was good as usual though. Informed by server it would be at least 25 min. for girlfriends order of stuffed marsala. An hour after sitting and still no food in sight and no further explanation. Server brings more bread and we overhear our server talking with another while holding what looks like my order. Turns out the kitchen didn't make hers after all. They run away with no words to us. Finally get our orders and have them box them for us to go home. To her credit she took the brushetta off after seeing how little we had and how pathetic it looked. At home, I find my order of the Braised Beef & Tortelloni over salted. At the Regency location i found the tortelloni to be very well seasoned with very soft beef and a great taste overall. My girlfriend thought the stuffed marsala was good but didn't end up eating any till the next day since she had to work very early.
Overall i found the combination of food and service at the Orange Park Olive Garden to be poor and will not be frequenting it again any time in the future. I recommend the Regency location as we've had superior food and the best server so far in Jax.
