Customer Is Job # 1. I'm quite embarrassed this review comes so belated; nonetheless, I would be morally remiss if I did not fulfill a compelling imperative to convey my expression of appreciation for the outstanding professional service provided by Tom Treanor and Tony Stoner in response to my '93 Allante engine fire damage. They were both instrumental in achieving successful adjustment of my insurance claim and quality repairs. They were at all times sincerely mindful of my quest to return my car to reliable service. Their superlative performance was marked by their undistracted attention to my goal. In the end, I realized all I really had to have done was to have made my interests known to them, because they really "got it" the very first time.

Their communications with me and my insurance representative were a model of clarity. Their flexible considerations of viable options demonstrated a commitment to my ultimate endeavor, while never compromising matters of safety or performance. Tom was the consummate "broker" for me with my insurance adjuster, especially on matters of propriety of repairs and suitability of "recycled" parts. Tony brought his immense technical expertise to bear assuring comprehensive repairs, especially when "hand-crafted" improvements to engine systems restoration became necessitated.

Tom and Tony certainly deserve to be aptly rewarded for so competently providing the quality service I would expect of a top-tier Cadillac service center. I was never once concerned with whether they were oriented to any outcome other than "doing the right thing." Cadillac of Orange Park would be well served to bestow upon them recognition of the sort that encourages others to emulate their example.

Thank You !. I live in Jacksonville and travel ALOT. I had to service car at Cadillac dealership in GA. This was 1st time not going to Cadillac of Orange Park and I didn't have my receipts and couldn't remember dates. Spoke to a service tech(sorry don't remember name) but they were very helpful. During next car service at Cadillac Orange Park, I got print out of all service received and they added recommended service timeline with dates/expected mileage for the service. Service manager (Mr. Logston) came out when car was done and ask if every thing was taken care of, did walk through of my car and explained/help prioritize the service recommendations.

I work in customer service so I can be a little critical at times...I trust the service here and if I don't have an emergency on road... I will wait for service here before going anywhere else. The atmosphere is professional and accommodating. The lobby is CLEAN, comfortable and always seem to have little goodies to snack on...As a customer you remember good and bad service. I am a repeat customer at Cadillac of Orange Park and received good service but never took time to write a review. I pay attention to little things and finally took time to say Thank you and share good news to others. Exceptional service is hard to find. I don't have my service sheet in front of me but I just stay at one place and let them service everything from oil changes, tire rotations, new tires, brakes and even get car washed there. I bought a Cadillac Saab of Orange Park t-shit as an effort to say Thank you! Im not quite ready to part with my 2006 Cadi but when I do I guess I'll be buying one there too!! ~God bless…

Pathetic, careless attitude and right down rude management!. In for an oil change for which I was initially overcharged and had my IPOD stolen from the car. Tech (AKA greasy thief) left his oily finger prints on the adapter where he unplugged it from the glove box. The service manager was very rude and condescending saying they were not going to pay for it (I never asked for payment, I was asking for some help retrieving my property) and it was not their problem! He never offered to look into it or offer to try and help! He also advised me of never having that sort of problem while he mentioned their sign saying they were not responsible for things left in vehicles! (anyone with a pulse knows that these signs are posted after an incident) I did file a police report and attempted to speak to the General Manager he refused to see me and his secretary took my phone number saying he would call me and of coarse he did not! Management at this place clearly demonstrated that my property was not a priority for them. The one thing this business has for sure is a thief in the service department!!!…

Cadillac Saab of Orange Park. My husband and I both got new vehicles from here this week. The service you receive from every single person you run in to is the best of the best! The approval process was fast, the customer service was beyond excellent and both vehicles were exactly what we needed. I would never use another car company again. Honest, fast and very reliable!!!
