Great Customer Service. I have been going to them for the past 5 years or more, and had nothing but great experience. The store manager Chris has been there forever and has made a point to remember my name. He provides excellent services and offers very no non-sense advises. Takes care of flat tires for free. Much better than any of the other tire and muffler store in that area. I have complete trust with what they are telling me about my cars. That in itself is hard to come by.…
Exellent!. I had my car towed to Sun Tire(San Pablo) because I could not change my tire myself (it was very damaged, and refused to come off). They provided the tow (which was a bit pricey) and the tow company that the used was prompt, and friendly, so that was good. The manager that works there, his name is Charles, and he was very friendly, and helpful. He worked with me on the price for the repairs(and tow costs), and kept it within the price range that I had quoted him. Everything went well, and I am very happy with the work they did for me. So much better than that that other guy down the street!. We recently started taking our cars to Sun Tire on Beach Blvd, near San Pablo. The service is excellent, the waiting room is great with a TV and these guys never charge you for frivoiulos expenses. As a matter of fact, I have been there twice, once, to get a tire put on and once for a tire plug...no charge either time! The same holds true for my mom who went in today because her Check Engine Light came on. They figured out very quickly what the problem was and sent her on her way...No Charge! It's nice to see this kind of service back again! I will recommend this Sun Tire to all my friends and family! I used to take my car right down the street from them, but now won't go back again....take a chance with Sun Tire, these guys are great!…
