Sadly, disappointed. That is the best thing i can say about this gym. It is not frowned upon by ownership to have employees behaving badly and harassing customers. On my first trip to the gym (after signing up), a female employee became very aggressive with me when I opted to reschedule my appointment with the trainer. I was petrified!! I do not feel safe returning to this gym. (Merrill Road)

Best Gyms in Jax!. By far the best gyms in Jacksonville. Don't be fooled by these $10 a month gyms opening up on every corner - you get what you pay for! Bailey's has been in Jacksonville as long as I have lived here (at least 15 years) and they just keep getting better. If you want a quality place to work out, that is clean, and has a great staff - go to Bailey's.

Best health club in JAX!. I have worked out at every single Bailey's Powerhouse gym there has been in Jacksonville over the last 8 years and in my opinion the Beaches facility is definatley my favorite! I think they have the best atmosphere/equipment/staff and members combination of any fitness center in the 904. Every one there is very kind and helpful and the gym really does cater to any and all people no matter how old or what one's individual fitness goal may be.

Like it. This is a real gym and has lots of great equipment. The place is always clean and the people are great. My wife likes taking the classes and we can leave our son in the playroom.

classes are great. I have been doing the classes and they are great. I really love the zumba and powerpump. I go back and forth between the one in jax bch and atl bch. Randy Warren the personal trainer is the best trainer in town.

Great Place. The gym is great and the classes are fantastic. Rudy does a great job in spin. The gym is spotless and everything is always kept up.

I do nt understand some of the reviews. They are month to month and do not lock you into a contract. I have been a member for 5 plus years and enjoy it

no contest. I read all of below reviews which made me skeptical, but after joining recently they employee at the counter clearly explained how the billing worked. In addition, it is probably the cleanest gym I have every been in. Try the Saturday morning TRX at 10:30! It is awesome.

I have been in many gyms over the years, and have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Baileys honestly exceeded my expectations. The other gym which is fairly close off Atlantic Blvd. Is also very nice!

Bailey's Gym - Watch out for your $$$!. Watch out for these guys and their rip off policies. What a lousy department of bookeeping and terrible customer service they have. I specified clearly that my credit card could not be charged for my monthly fees. My contract reflects that I did not sign any permission for this or fill out any information. I have paid monthly with online bill pay from my bank. The bank issues the check on the 2nd of the month. Baileys did not cash it until the 12th ! I was charged a late fee as the payment was due on the 6th. Additionally they charged a fee for a "declined credit card" when to my knowledge they should not even have my credit card information much less would it have been declined if they did have it. I made several phone calls to straighten this out and they simply said "too bad" ...even though they had cashed the checks! Any reasonable company would have removed the late charges as well as the declined credit card fees after a review of the situation. No wonder they have a declining membership!

Everywhere I need to be. I had looked at a couple of other gyms in the area, but I work all around town, and Baileys was the only place that was where I needed to be. the staff doesn't attack you when you visit, but they are there when you need them and the facilities and equipment are first rate.

Baileys Gym. Baileys Gym, Might not want to here what I have to say but I made the Gyms like Baymedows and all the counters and tile designs for years with so called last man out job security and after 4 yr's I have tire tracks up and down my back and will most likely loose it all. More to come. Rating refects insults from an owner not staff.
