Best Tanning Salon In Jacksonville!!!!.
In the Florida it is hard to know what the weather is going to be like on a day to day basis. So therefore I came to the Sol Us Tanning salon in Riverside and was greeted by two friendly smiling employees. Jen, the new manager took me on a tour of the salon and really helped me understand and feel comfortable about my tanning experience. Their prices are the best in town and it is so worth it to visit their club. The beds are amazingly comfortable and you basicly use the 12 minutes they give you in the beds for nap time. From the day that I walked in she has known my name and just like all her other customers she gives them the best personal customer service possible. I would never think about tanning anywhere else in the city of Jacksonville. The Salons are all top of the line, they are kept clean and all employees greet you with a warm and welcoming smile! The address is 1620 Margaret Street Suite 203 and the phone number is 981-5466. I know they would be more than happy to help you with any questions or needs that you may have.
Horrible customer service/management.
I went to the Sol US Tanning in Riverside, Jacksonville. There a few of them spread out among Jax, but I didn't see the Riverside one listed. Upon my first visit, I bought a package. They had just opened and were having specials. I didn't know anything about the particular lotions they were selling, so I asked the manager specifically for one that wouldn't make me burn. For anyone who knows about tanning lotions, she ended up giving me a tingle level 5, I believe. I came out looking like a lobster, with no offer for a refund of the lotion, no free visit, nothing. I thought, what the heck, I'll be a good sport. When I bought the package, I made a point of asking if it would be a problem cancelling mid-membership, being my husband is in the military and we weren't sure if we'd be moving soon or not. She assured me this wouldn't be a problem. Turns out, we had to leave, so I brought in my husbands orders the day they were issued. A month later we were charged another monthly payment. When we contacted the manager, she said there was nothing she could do, and after a brief arguement she contacted the owner and called us back. The owner stated that being allowed out of a contract because of military orders is a courtesy, not an obligation. Obviously the owner knows nothing about legal obligations, and apparently isn't very "courteous".
