Beware The Clearing House!. I placed a nice Hooker Desk w/hutch at the CH. It was priced at $1,299. When I moved the contract was misplaced. I found it and read that I was 17 days late picking up the Desk w/hutch that did not sell. When I called CH the manager, Theresa, explained that it was now CH's property per the contract and that it's their policy not to make exceptions. CH does NOT send email remainders or make calls after the deadline. They simply keep your property. This is a slimey business practice and likely how they make their money....by keeping your stuff!!! Beware of the Clearing House.
