My experience has been that if you leave the place as you found it, most PM s will return your deposit. I always try to leave it better than it was when I moved in to make sure my deposit isn't kept. Great experience with this company!

I just wanted to say that I have lived in 2 Federated managed homes. I am currently still living in one. I left the house in great condition and did get back 100% of my deposit.
