Keeps building freezing cold!. Our company rents from Allen Morris in the Center Building at 7825 Baymeadows Way, and the building manager has informed us that they are "unable to increase the heat due to LEED certification requirements". This is absolutely untrue; LEED certification has no such limitation. I have no idea why Allen Morris would not wish to heat a cold building, but they are making the tenants miserable and we have no intention of staying. Fair warning: if you rent office space from this company, you'd better bring a blanket to work!
