Avoid at all cost! The "quality repair" they did on my $35k vehicle was an affront to anyone with vision (corrected or not). Sunbeam auto was to replace my damaged bumper cover, and fix any extraneous damage from the accident impact. They found the cheapest bumper cover (from someone else’s accident) and glued it to the car. the clips, and attaching eyelets were not on the junk bumper Sunbeam used (broken off) and are required for assembly! Long story short, took truck to another repair facility when the Sunbeam bumper cover began to pop off of my truck (Sunbeam's glue job did not hold), it was fixed right by Key Buick Auto body. Aside from how horrible sunbeam's repair looked.. Ask yourself, would you want an expensive piece of your car that is consistently subject to 50-75 mph winds daily, held on by glue????

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REPAIR:.

Sunbeam took the car back, no questions asked. They redid the work and had it back in 2 days. This was a 5 star repair and it looks great! Everything is perfect and I am very happy with the results. They were very nice and made sure that I was pleased with the work. Girls at the front desk can really get the job done! Yea!

Worst Looking Repair Ever

Geico sent me there for a repair after telling me that Sterling auto was not quailified to do my repiar. Sunbeam seemed nice and I thought that they were going to be OK so Ieft the car. When I got it back, 4 days later than promised, they had not stripped the cracked paint but painted OVER it. Bondo was applied and not even sanded out. Covered with large lumps and cracks. They did not do a base coat clear coat to match the rest of the car. Parking lights were not screwed in and fell out in the parking lot. This has to be the Worst Repair Ever. Pitiful. Car looks worse after the repair.

not happy with results

I thought the appraiser knew what he was talking about.Then after leaving my truck with them for four days,I returned as advise that my truck was ready.Boy was I surprized,Not only was my truck not ready but the guy that gave me the keys said bring it back in thirty days and we,ll buff it out???They only did a small portion pf what they were supposed to do.I brought it back in thirty days and left it another week and ahalf ,They added more scrathes and still forgot the window tint ! job still not complete. NOT VERY HAPPY would not recommend them for anything...........

Great Experience - Recommend!

I was very pleased overall with the service that I received from this company from the beginning of the process to the end. The GEICO insurance adjuster was very pleasant, straight forward and professional. I had a very pleasant experience with their office personnel. From the moment I met Maria she took care of me and all my concerns and fifty million questions and instructions. She was very professional, polite, and most importantly understanding and listened to my concerns. I am a very particular person with my vehicle and was very high maintenance with requests and instructions on my vehicle. They took great care of my vehicle while it was there! I was worried to leave it at first, but they were assuring to me that my car would be taken care of properly and total care. In the end I was very happy that I decided to have them do the repairs on my vehicle. I would recommend this business to those who want professional customer service and quality work done on their vehicle!
