Fine European Watch Repair

If you have a european watch in need of repair save yourself the trouble and send it to the manufacturer...or any place other than this establishment. Dropped watch off in mid-December was told 2wks...3 months later I am calling leaving voicemails that aren't returned...when I do get a hold of her she says she doesn't know if it's ready she needs to go look in the safe and will call me back...doesn't call me back...call the next day and she never looked...blames it all on her "moving stores" however this started LONG after I dropped this watch off and just a few days ago when I called AGAIN she actually had the nerve to say to me "I haven't looked yet...if you saw the mess I was in (as far as her moving) you would feel sorry for me" - finally was able to go acquire the watch after 3 months of hassling about it...sounded like it had been sitting in her safe ready for wks. Her store didn't look AT ALL like she was in any "mess" so that was an excuse as well. Then when I tried to talk to her about the whole situation she blew up stating she did not have time and should not have to sit here and explain herself and told me to take it and get out of her store....really if you have a valuable watch you care about don't put it in their hands. Take it ANYWHERE else to save yourself this trouble. I feel like they almost hope you will "forget" about your watch since they obviously don't even call you as soon as it is ready.

To JohnS123321. Dear JohnS...First of all, I did call you...left a message about the delay of your watch repair. Secondly, YOU and not Me, called me a liar, even doh I did not meet you before, becouse your watch was not ready in the timeframe , which you kindley set for us. I respectfuly ask you to withdraw your untruth comment, otherwise I will take action with the full force of the law to clear mine reputation. In my business every action is recorded, to protect myself from people like you.

Dishonest. I went to them on recommendations from other patrons. What resulted was an awful experience. I found them to be dishonest and untrustworthy. I would not recommend them to friends or strangers.
