Hala Cafe is Mandarin best Mid-East Cuisine. Good Mid-eastern cuisine! I normally get carry out, so not sure how the wait staff is, but the food is excellent! Always freshly made and hot. They also have a market there so you can shop while you wait for your food to be ready. Not a…
