Consistantly awesome. Me, my wife, and many of my friends go here quite often when we have the time and $$. There are some exellent people that work the fronts (katie and ryan especially), and kareoke there is a blast. On the weekends they kick it out with live music played by the staff and a very festive atmosphere. The place is filled with good looking girls most of the time too.

Go there for the atmosphere, the laughs, the singing (yours and theirs), and the fun memories.

The food could use some sprucing up, especially for the pricing. But hey, Its better than most bars.

Great place but managment horrible...... We had a blast .....except for the woman who manages the place...We had reservations but she refused to honor them when we arrived... The owner would not help at all...I learned the manager was sleeping with the owner so he lets her bully anyone she wants....It's a shame this place has such horrible managment because it was a lot of fun and they have a great staff...

Don't go unless you "look" over 40. My friend and I were there for literally 10 minutes before we were both kicked out by the owner because he said we had fake IDs. My friend and I are actually both in our late 20s, and had already been IDed by the door person and the bartender. However, the owner kept eying us and asked for our IDs again and then checked them multiple times. He even made my friend sign a napkin to check her signature, and told her she was "15 years old". He also would not give me my money back because he said we were not who we claimed we were! He also pretended to call police. I actually stood outside and waited for the police for about 45 minutes, though, before the bouncers and manager told me he did not actually call police. I wanted to wait, so I could prove my friend and I were not underage, nor were our IDs fake. The head manager was apologetic and offered free drinks at our next visit, but we will not be going back. It was a horrible experience and completely offensive and degrading.

Lots of Fun!. I cannot believe the grouches that reviewed HM as being less than fun and entertaining. Sure, I would't go there expecting a 4-star meal but I've have had worse food from better restaurants. The entertainment is great, whether you go on Monday night Karaoke with DJ John, or take in the weekend amateur musicians who happen to also wait tables in between their sets. You just never know what you will get but it's definitely an experience I'll have over and over and over again. Fun and laughs and great atmosphere awaits you. Nobody is a stranger, and everybody is a friend. LOVE IT!

Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible management. Waiter wasn't very knowledgable of his job, or attentive to customers. One of the few times he came by the table, asked if we needed anything, saw my glass was empty & left before I could ask for refill. So waited another 15-20 for him to come back, then asked for a refill. He finally brought that back.

A neighboring table had their order messed up, instead of just apologizing & fixing it, the management & staff just argued with them. And then the management proceeded to talk to staff & customers about the situation w/ an attitude right by our table. How RUDE! The staff brought the check & it said balance due 0.00, because of the mix up & bad service it was assumed they didn't get charged, so as they were leaving & the management & staff chased them out the door & proceeded to call the cops.

What happened to customer service? You definitely won't find it at this place!!!!!!

Don't Waste Your Time or MONEY!. Food, service & entertainment were all below average. Might be an okay place to drink & party late at night, but avoid going for dinner because you will be bored to death & you won't get that great of a meal.

Ridiculous. I went there with family recently while on spring break. The place had a great atmosphere. But, we were essentially refused service because we were planning on tipping at the end of the night, and they wanted us to tip more frequently then that. The owner even stopped by and said that if we didn't start tipping, and now, we would be banned from there forever. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?!!!! I've never been treated so rudely at/by a business in my life. I will never go back, and neither will the people who were with me.
