All what can I say They have great management, I have home in Jax, FL they did rent it for me, so if you have home don't hesitate to call them I spent a lot of time with other realstate companies and I didn't get any thing, again I would like to thanks Ms Judy in mandarin office she is great person that I have ever seen.

I'm just moving to the JAX area and there were so many different rentals out there being advertised. I called a number of companies, but they must have been too busy to get back in touch. Not Signature, though. They called back within 5 hours of my original contact and had compiled a list of great rentals for me and my family to take a look at. We're flying in this week and are confident that Signature will help us find a house to make our home!

When I decided to invest in real estate, I had no idea what I was in for! Fortunately, the property management team at Signature Realty & Management has come to my rescue. Rents are paid on time, regular inspections are made, prospective tenants are properly screened and qualified and my life is that much easier! Now, I just sit and wait for the rental checks to come in and Signature handles the rest.

Very unprofessional. It's sad to have to write such a poor review for the company. It seemed stable until about two years ago and then the management went haywire. They are dishonest and wont follow through with your property needs. Beware, there are better companies and you might be fleeced by them...

Management? Not So Much..
I have a property that was managed (and I use that word loosely) by Signature for approx 3.5 years. For three of those years I went through 4 different property managers (not by choice). My property kept being reassigned to a new manager for one reason or another. Additionally, when a new property manager was assigned no one informed me of the change, so I wouldn't ever find out about reassignment until I called about something unrelated.
My experience was lots of talk about how import my property was, but no action to back it up. I've had multiple bills to maintenance companies, and property expenses paid late with no explanation. The only way I found out is when I received the receipts with a late charge on them. That's one thing Signature does really well, document how much of your money they're spending, when you can actually get an invoice from them. Fortunately, I had great tenants for the first 3 years, which were found more or less by my initial advertising suggestions to my first property manager.
After my great tenants moved out it was time to put the home back on the market again, and it was on the market for about five months (still unrented) when I finally pulled the plug on Signature Realty. It may be a mismanaged homeowner anomaly, but I thought it was appropriate to share my experience with other people who may stumble upon the reviews.

GREAT customer service, easy rental process!.
I rented a house from them in November. The process was quick and easy. There were several repairs that needed and a couple of issues to be dealt with before we moved in. It was all done on time and professionally. I wish it was this easy to rent a house every time I moved. I will definitely deal with them again. I also just found out that my property manager also does sales, so I'll probably buy a house from her!

Great service and follow up. I called the World Golf Village office for information on homes for sale in the area. The agent was extremely professional and helpful in sending me listings and following up with me. Great service!

Great accounting staff. Hi, I had several questions about my rental account and found that not only was Signature Realty & management staff prompt but explained everything to me in great detail. Being new to owning rental property in Jacksonville I feel like they care about their clients.
