Burned the crap out of my chin. Something that was supposed to be discreet became a painfully obvious experience. She admitted that she had the heat on high to kill the root, but what she left behind were little red dots that are still present after 42 days. I waited this long to leave a review because she said they would go away. Now I am waiting to see a dermatologist for help. She should really be more careful with new customer so she can figure out how to treat them. She tried to blame it on my skin type but I have been to 2 electrologists in the past who managed to treat me and not BURN me. PLEASE beware people! Believe me I wish I had a good experience.
