Ubprofessionalism at its finest

If you want to deal with an unprofessional office staff and be treated with total disrespect, I highly recommend calling this facility. I was so disgusted with the treatment I received on the telephone, that I took off a half a day and drove to this doctors office with hopes of speaking with Dr. Waters after he was done seeing patients to see if he was aware of how his staff treated potential patients. I can't say if he is a good doctor or not but I can tell you he doesn't care how his staff treats the public. Apparently his office queen bee poisoned the water because he refused to see me. His office manager will protect her worker bees to the end! I can find a doctor that has a caring staff that is professional and treats people with respect. I am 59 years old and rate this experience as the absolute worst I have ever had. I will pray for this doctor tonight and perhaps God has acted in his mysterious way and steered me clear of this facility.
