Had my windows installed in 2003, last month noticed I had a fogged glass in 2 of my windows. Called to complain, but was suprized that they would honor a warranity after 9 years. It took about 5 weeks from the time I called to the time they were replaced. Great customer service.
Had all the windows in our house replaced and it continues to be an ongoing fiasco. One of the panes cracked within a day of installation and it is still not resolved more than a month after the install. They came today to install the new pane (without the replacement screen, I might add) and the latch on the window BROKE. One of the bedroom windows was measured incorrectly at the appraisal and it took a month to get the correct size window finally installed. Customer service, while being polite, has been a disaster as it seems like no one knows what is going on.
Buyer beware with this supplier, although every other company we spoke to seemed just about as clueless.
