Horrible Customer Service. Very unsatisfied with the customer service provided at this

facility. Also, they just decide to do a more expensive cleaning on the patient without getting proper consent about the extra copay. HORRIBLE experience. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TALKED DOWN TO AND DEAL WITH THE RUDE STAFF

A great experience. I am new to the Jax area and suddenly found myself facing a painful dental crisis; and my long-time dentist was 500 miles away in Chattanooga. I asked around and a co-worker recommended Hirezi Family Dentistry. Wow! I cannot recommend them highly enough! I was fortunate to be treated by both of the Hirezi's and I've met most of their wonderful staff. They were gentle with me, and thorough, and very caring. The doctors were patient too and explained everything, which kept me at ease. And it didn't hurt a bit! I no longer live near their offices, but don't mind the extra drive. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else!

Simply the Best. Would you believe that I enjoy going to the dentist? Both Dr. Herezi's are great + they make you feel like family. I wouldn't EVER go anywhere else. There staff is friendy. And, they are usually on time.
