BAD PIZZA. We just moved onto the base here in Mayport and deceided to try our Pizza Hut on base. I ordered a large super supreme, pan pizza with no mushrooms. Pizza was delivered and I took a few bites and it tasted a little weird. Within 10 minutes, both myself & my husband got sick! I called the store and spoke to the GM Mark and told him what happened and his comment was: Yes, I remember that pizza, and there is nothing wrong with it....all I can do is void the order....I WAS LIKE OK and then he said, I apoligize for the inconvience.....NICE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!! YOU WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING BUSINESS FROM US AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW ON BASE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WITH PIZZA HUT AND THEIR GM MARK!!!!

Terrible delivery. Decent carry out. delivery on base is awful. Waited more than an hour and a half and I'm only 1 mile from the restaurant. Much better to call and pick up. But always check frequently the order is wrong.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. We order from Pizza Hut on base only because its the only place that can deliver to base housing. EVERY time I have ordered I have either gotten the wrong food...an hour later, Rude Employees that are sarcastic and unprofessional and rushed service when I place an order. they are so unhelpful. I cant place a complaint on the website because the Base isnt listed as a location. I will be calling after the holiday weekend to speak to corporate. There is no reason that a place on a NAVY base should treat its residents and customers in this manner.
