Worst Haircut I ever had. Went back to get it fixed and they made it even worse, I will never set foot in this place again.

bad service. i called to make an appointment and the guy (travis?) was beyond rude...he seemed frustrated right from the first words so i know it wasnt my fault

Wonderful Spa - Clean, Consistent, Friendly. I started getting Manicures & Pedicures here quite some time ago, I was amazed at the lengths they went to, to sanitize the tools & pedicure chairs. They are always actively talking about what I can do to improve my nails. And the waterfall is absolutely fabulous!! Talk about relaxing and falling asleep!

I have also enjoyed their Organic facial and deep tissue massages! They are out of this world! The rooms are spacious, beautiful and unique.

Although I don't do a lot with my hair, I have been to several of the stylist for last minute styles; and have enjoyed them all.

On my last visit, the stylist told me about a new program they are starting. Spalon Rewards, it sounds like frequent flyer miles for a Spa/Salon, you get points,(tracked by them, with no effort on your part) that you can use to buy anything. And bonus Points for other stuff as well.

My only semi- problem, is sometimes their phones are busy, but they have a message that plays while you wait. And if you can't wait, you can leave them a message and they call you back pretty quickly.

All-in-all, I enjoy my experience there everytime, and everyone is so nice.
