Worst Fast Food Experience Ever!. I would have picked no stars if that was an option. That's saying alot because I used to be a waitress and understand that some places have their "off" days. I have been before and had mediocre service but I feel this experience was beyond ridiculous.

Location off of Wells Rd in OP FL.

My mom, daughter and I went on a weekday just before 4pm. Needless to say they were not super busy. There was one table that was sat just before us and two within the next 30 minutes while we were waiting for our food. (They were not large parties but 2 two tops and 1 four top in addition to us.) That was after the five minutes it took for them to seat us. The waitress forgot to give us straws-which is okay she told us she was new. HOWEVER when I went to the counter to ask for straws the cook was the only person around. He made eye contact for a few seconds, turned his back to me, then proceded to scrape the grill. He wasn't even cooking an order but still he could not be bothered to assist me or call someone up to see what I needed.

Aprox 20-25 minutes later we had not been checked on or gotten our food. Mind you every other table had their food and were eating/finishing up. We had other obigations that day so I asked the waitress how much longer it would be for our burgers and fries. She went to check. Our seats were in hearing distance of the kitchen so I could hear the response. When the poor waitress came back she informed us that the MANAGER had PUT HER HAND IN HER FACE and told her "5 more minutes." She apologized profusely. At that point though I had had it. I told her I wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. I left her $2.00 because it is not her fault she was not trained properly. I could not believe how unprofessional and rude the manager was.

THAT IS STILL NOT ALL...

I walked up to the counter and again nobody was there. THE SAME COOK saw me and went to turn his back again. ONLY WHEN I ASKED "Can someone come take my money?" DID HE CALL ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO THE FRONT! It would have served them right if I walked out without paying for the drinks. HOW RIDICULOUS!

Entering the clean, bright interior is like stepping into an "Archie" comic book. Hurrying across white- and black-checkered floors, staff in crisp white shirts and paper hats take orders, polish chrome and shuffle between booths and the full-service counter. Middle-American diner standards dominate the menu--pickle-covered steak burgers, chili cheeseburgers and thick shakes. Healthier options include chicken, chef and taco salads.

Excellent food and service!. Just what the title says: the food is always excellent, though sometimes when they're busy it takes a few minutes to arrive. Usually they have the best service at a casual dining restaurant. Food is average to low priced for the type, and just all around great!
