DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE

Do not come here. The service is so bad i could not believe it.

The bartenders act like they are college professors in ignorance.

Another bad practice as you can read in other articles here- They charge a sur charge when starting a tab. EVEN IF YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE PAYING CASH.

I was buying drinks for 3 friends and sitting at the bar- this old woman working there added a 25.00 pre auth for every drink we ordered "15 drinks-pre auth's in total"

Add that up!!! It sent my account into a circle of nsf hell for months- and when i inquired at the bar as to why there was so many i was cursed at and laughed at.

Besides the terrible service, weak drinks, over priced liquor, and terrible personell at the bar- the bathrooms looked like they were straight out of harlem.

Bad business/billing practices

This place has a habit of pre auth 25.00 charges for every purchase you have. If they do not like you and say you pay for a group bill on your "tab" you could be looking at an additional 200-300 in preauth's "25.00" a peice.

I came in on aug22/2009 for 2 jack and cokes and pay right away- no tab, so there should not be a pre auth fee- my tab was 10.51 and had 2 pre auths for 25.00

I could not understand this as it was a POINT OF SALE PURCHASE. And i was not running a tab.

DONT USE A CHARGE CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in on a Fri nite, and had an ok time. i look at me account on monday and they have two holds both for 25.00 on my account. (totals $50.00, my bill by the way was $10.00 plus tip) i called them to see if they could remove at least one of the $25.00 charges and they refused (rudely) stating that it would release the money in five business days. The bartender also siad "yeah its just how our systems work, so your out the money till then" so for five business days i am without forty of my own dollars because they are holding it hostage. i was under the impression that the restaurant industry was aldo in the business of customer service, guess not at "my place bar and grill". good luck if you venture out there, but be prepared to be held hostage.

• Cons: they hold you hostage if you use plastic
