Poor Customer Service. On Sat. night my family went to the St John's on San Jose. We have always thought the food was great at the other St John's. Sat night was different. My husband order the Mahi and it was very dry. Although the other dishes were good, I didn't get my vegetables and my daughter waited 10 minutes for the waitress to show back up to request some sauce for her meal. If this was all that happened, I wouldn't be writing this, but I am still in disbelief as how the manager responded when my husband politely said the Mahi was dried out. She got this attitude and rudely told my husband that the fish was suppose to dry like that. When he told her that he eats Mahi all the time and it doesn't have to be dry- she snatched the plate off the table, tried to take mine too, even though I wasn't finished eating- I said I wasn't finished and I wanted to take the rest home with me and she just drops the plate down and storms off. This was the manager!!! In the future- it will be worth the drive to go to a different St John's Seafood. One that knows how to treat a customer.
