Perfect Experience!. I went to Frangipani for the 1st time last Thursday. So happy to say that I have found the perfect salon for me. Everyone was professional and friendly from the moment I walked in until I left. Denise at the front desk, Kelly my stylist, the lady that gave me a complimentary hand massage and the lady at the shampoo bowl were all wonderful! My color and cut turned out perfect and I will schedule at this salon again, thanks to everyone there!

best salon in jax!. i recently moved to jacksonville and was in need of a good salon. i was referred to franigpani by a co-worker and what a perfect fit it was for me. the front desk was so friendly and my stylist did an amazing job on my hair color!!!! can't wait for my next visit

love this place. i really enjoyed my visit at frangipani last week. they were so friendly and helpful! i wasn't exactly sure what i wanted done-so they offered me a complimentary consultation and designed a cut/color AND style for me. i also got the best scalp massage during my shampoo. they also recommended products for me, but they didn't 'push' them on me. i will surely go back and tell all my friends. i got 4 compliments before i even got home from the appointment. i love my hair for the first time in years!!!

Worst Experience Ever. Expensive and they ruined my hair. On the positive side, they were very freindly. On the negative side, my hair is now dry and frizzy (it was not before).

I went in for a perm. I've never had one before but I have fine curly hair. The worst part is that they scheduled me with a specialist, so it was very expensive. My hair came out straighter and frizzy.

I really wanted to like this place because it's near my house. I will be venturing further out for a future sylist.

Nice people & atmosphere. I had a difficult time finding an Aveda salon and needed to buy my shampoo. I remembered seeing Frangipani across the street from The Thai Room so I called the salon and was thrilled to hear they carry Aveda products. When I entered, the girls there were all genuinely friendly (not that screechy fake-friendly that's so common anymore) and the place was busy. The owner even gave me a discount on a future nail service, just for coming in! I travel a long distance to stay true to my hairdresser of 10+ years, but would definitely like to return to Frangipani for other services. Don't let the strip mall setting be a deterrent.

Great service. I love this salon! When I moved here I was in search of a relaxing, friendly salon/spa...I found it! The girls are wonderful and provide five star service with a down-to-earth ease.

Personal, Pleasant and Creative (and ON TIME!). Having been to several hair salons in the greater Jacksonville area over the 16 years I've lived here (from South Florida), I am accustomed to be disappointed with the creativity of the average stylist in north Florida. The folks here are the exception that makes the rule. Young, trendy and creative they still find time to learn what the client wants and needs and do their best to accomplish both.

I've had five or more appointments (with Kate), and the service is pleasant and consistent. And the salon operates on schedule, almost unheard of in this market.

No drama, just good hair services!

Big city salon quality!. I was skeptical about finding a good hair place in Jacksonville Beach after relocating from Houston but I have to say I am very impressed with Frangipani. I see Niki for cut and color/highlights and I think that she is excellent - among the best people I have ever gone to (and I have moved around a lot). From what I have observed having been there 4 or 5 times, all of the stylists are good, the staff is friendly, and I have sent a few people to Niki who have been very pleased. The prices are really reasonable and they have pretty convenient hours (open until 7).

Laura is fantastic!. I have been a loyal customer of Laura's since my first visit to Frangipani. I love that they take the time to give you a scalp massage when they wash your hair & Laura is the 1st stylist to ever really give me bangs when I asked for them. I have cow-licks & a lot of stylists wouldn't go for it, but Laura did them so they looked good & worked for me. She has also been daring enough to really highlight my dark hair so that it looks highlighted. I recommend Laura & the salon. They are friendly & the scalp massage is worth every penny!

Great salon. They were so sweet as soon as I walked through the door. I was offered drinks (the tea is yummy). Everyone was really nice. I had been growing out my hair for Locks of Love and they offered to send it in for me. Ariane did an absolutely wonderful job. Other than length, I didn't really know what I wanted but we talked about it and her ideas were great. I love the way it looks. She showed me how I could get the same look at home. And as if all that weren't enough, she gave me a scalp and neck massage before my shampoo. The whole experience was just terrific.
